Li Hongqi is preparing for one of the most important days of his life as he travels to attend his own wedding. Everything is supposed to go according to plan, but during his journey he unexpectedly becomes involved in a dangerous situation. By chance, he discovers that a young girl has been kidnapped by a group of ruthless human traffickers who operate in the area. Unable to ignore what he has learned, Li Hongqi decides to take action, even though it means risking his safety and possibly missing the ceremony that will change his life. During his attempt to help the girl, he crosses paths with a determined local police officer who is also trying to track down the criminal network responsible for the trafficking operation. Realizing they share the same goal, the two reluctantly join forces.
