In the third chapter of the story, Alex begins to lose his enthusiasm for ninja adventures. Instead of chasing missions, he would rather enjoy a normal life, spending time with his friends and taking a break from the constant excitement. Meanwhile, Checkered Ninja feels ignored and restless, eager to jump back into action and prove his importance. This difference in priorities creates tension between them. Things take an unexpected turn when Alex accidentally gets involved in a confrontation with Marco, Jessica’s troublesome and aggressive boyfriend. What starts as a simple misunderstanding quickly grows into a situation Alex never wanted to be part of. As the conflict escalates, Checkered Ninja pushes Alex to stand up for himself and face the challenge head-on, forcing him back into a world he was trying to leave behind.
