School is out, and three girl head to the beach for holiday. Two of the girl are world-wise party-goers who try to loose up their naif, virginal friend, whose uncle has let the girl to remain at his beach house. When the near-sighted, drug smuggle Captain Bly dump his lading of marihuana, the bale rinse up on shore. The two political party girl, Ginger and darling, rapidly stuff the pot into giant bag and spirit it back to the beach house, where it fuel a political party with miscellaneous misfit, bringing person, and passersby.
